Cotton City Developers was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 11th October 1993. The Company commenced operations in January 1994. The Cotton city team of well-equipped and experienced professionals is headed by Mr. S. A. Sridhar, the Managing Director. Cotton City Developers specializes in the development of residential apartments, individual houses and commercial complexes.

We have completed seven major projects

3. Manchester Square, an office complex at Puliakulam Road, Coimbatore.

5. Manchester Perks II, Super Deluxe residential complex having 71 units near Trichy Road.
6. Manchester Landmark, state of the art office complex, at Avinashi Road Coimbatore.
