Payments received beyond 15 days after the committed date will attract an interest 2% per month calculated from the due date. Rate per Sq.ft. Rs. 3,000/- includes Deposits for E.B., Water and Assessment. Stamp Duty and registration charges NOT INCLUDED, has to be borne by the allottees. The cost towards additions/extra items/modification required by the allottees within the apartment if approved will have to be paid along with the intimation of such changes to the contractors. Cancellation of bookings will attract Rs.25,000/ as cancellation charges. Possession by March 2010. The Company reserves the right to add, modify or alter any of the above conditions at any time, which will take effect only for prospective allottees.
