Payments received beyond 15 days after the committed date will attract an interest 2% per month calculated from the due date. The cost towards additions/extra items/modification requires by the allottees within the apartment if approved will have to be paid along with the intimation of such changes. Covered car park Rs.70,000/- (Optional) to be extra. Stamp Duty and registration charges NOT INCLUDED, has to be borne by the allottees. Water meter, Electric meter, Tax assessment and other expenses Rs. 15,000/- Cancellation of bookings will attract Rs.10,000/ as cancellation charges. The Company reserves the right to add, modify or alter any of the above conditions at any time, which will take effect only for prospective allottees. Rs. 1900/- per sq.ft
