Payments received beyond 15 days after the committed date will attract an interest 2% per month calculated from the due date. Rate per Sq.ft. Additional car parking Rs.1 Lakh Stamp Duty and registration charges NOT INCLUDED, has to be borne by the allottees. Inaugural Offer - 5 year free maintenance. The cost towards additions/extra items/modification requires by the allottees within the apartment if approved will have to be paid along with the intimation of such changes. Cancellation of bookings will attract Rs.25,000/ as cancellation charges.
